I am worried my home will be damaged.  Although we cannot give a 100% guarantee, we screen each tenant thoroughly to ensure a good relationship.  TuggleHouse Properties will verify credit, background and references to make sure we have the right tenant for your property.

 

What does your company do?  TuggleHouse Properties, LLC can simply locate and qualify a tenant for you and let you take if from there, or, we can fully manage your property.  When we manage the property, any issue with the home comes through us.  You will not be troubles with the day to day of managing the property.

 

If am leasing, when can I sell my home?  Home values are back.  You can sell your home anytime.   Many renters want to be owners but cannot get financing.  I can pair your tenant with a lender to work on their credit and hopefully they can buy your home in a few years.
