TuggleHouse Properties, LLC (THP) is a real estate company founded to operate by the principles given to us by Jesus Christ in an effort to maximize agents profitability and family time while encouraging agents to give back to the Lord abundantly. 

 

Simply stated we will operate with very little overhead expense in an effort to pass that savings on to our agents and clients.  We will operate within the highest ethical standards offering superior customer service.

 

Operating Basis:

 

Option 1:

 

THP is a transaction based company.  This means each time an agent conducts a transaction of $50,000 or more the company receives $299, the agent retains the remaining commission.  There are no ‘splits’.  For transactions less than $50,000 the fee to THP is $100. 

Each agent is charged a monthly fee of $75 to cover membership in the Macon MLS.

 

Option 2:

 

The agent pays a monthly fee of $599 and keeps 100% of their commission on all transactions.  The agents membership fee in the Macon MLS and Georgia MLS  is paid by THP.
